Parents,

I am sure that you are aware that report cards are issued every six weeks. I am also certain that you are aware that progress reports (for students making less than a "C" average) are issued three weeks after report cards so that you will have a mid-term report as well. That means each student receives a report of grades every six weeks (every three weeks if performing at less than a "C" level).

However, some parents would like to have reports on an even more frequent basis (e.g., weekly).

If you would like to have more frequent reports on your child's progress, you may click below to go to a form that you may print and send with your student for a report.

I want to emphasize that it is the responsibility of the student to bring this form to me when you would like a report. While I encourage you to send a form with your child as often as you want a report, I want the student to take the responsibility for bringing the form to me each time. Please do NOT ask me to send a report each week unless your child brings me the form each time!. Send the form, as often as you wish to have a report, with your child. I will send these reports to you ONLY when the student gives me a form and asks for a report. I will return the report to the student the same day the student gives the report to me.

Of course, you may call me at the school anytime you would like to discuss your child's progress with me. If I cannot talk when you call, a secretary will take your message for me to return the call.
