Hi, my name is Vickie Hall. I am a retired midwife. I was in private practice in the Dallas, Texas area for about 14 years. I feel very blessed that my Lord, Jesus Christ, gave me the opportunity to serve the birthing women of the North Texas area. He has since moved me and my family to the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee and put midwifery in my past. However, there is still a part of my heart that lies with the families who need the skills and support of a midwife. It is for this reason that I have left the following pages on our website. My hope and prayer is that those needing the services of a midwife will find information and encouragement here. Please realize that some of the information is dated and may no longer be valid depending on changes in the laws regarding homebirth. I have tried to update the links so that you will not reach a dead end, however if this happens, please forgive me.
